Day 1 of our Sweet North adventure started with these amazing views over Waiheke Island
What we Kiwi's like to call a pretty sweet view! The team had a steaming day visiting the geysers in Rotorua Te Waihou Blue Spring Ferns and crystal clear water at the Blue Spring Green as far as the eye can see Getting welcomed onto the Marae with a traditional Powhiri The Kapa Haka group performing for the Sweet North team Giving the All Blacks a run for their money! The men learning the Haka Time to tuck in to a Hangi Mountain biking the amazing Whakarewarewa Forest The team having a few laughs after mountain biking It was smiles all round on the group kayak trip Kayaking the mighty Waikato River The team underneath Mt Ngaruahoe Beautiful waterfalls on the Tongariro Alpine Crossing Super guide Kate with some of the team on the Tongariro Crossing The amazing volcanic landscape of the Tongariro Crossing Learning about the alpine flora from our awesome local guide The perfect place for a photo stop at Tawhai Falls Kate serving the team up an awesome Kiwi BBQ These limestone formations took over 30 million years to form
