A wonderful experience, "everything" from the 1st booking, follow-up information pre-tour; payment and updates over the months was made so easy. This was a fantastic trip. The balance and variety of activities were excellent, the daily schedule took a good approach to activity vs. rest, and the guides were really good at their jobs. I would highly recommend New Zealand Trails to others and will use them again should I return to New Zealand. My week on this trip was truly a time I will always remember fondly.
