• Spring Special Offer
Gidday from New Zealand, it's that time of year where we've all been able to catch our breath after another busy and fun season on our 'World Heritage Walking Tour'. With a bit of time to spend in my easy chair since the end of the season I've spent some great times sitting back and enjoying all the great photos and reflecting what fun we all had. Thanks again to everyone who came along and we can't wait to do it all again starting in spring. Even though we've stopped running tours for the off season, I'm sure you realize that hiking guides never sleep so we've got plenty to share, read on...
Our favourite 'World Heritage Walking Tour' photos from last season
With so many amazing photos from all our fun trips, it was such a hard job choosing but here's our 'Best of' album from the 2014/15 season.
Introducing Jodi Narbey
We're chuffed to welcome Brent's 'little' sister Jodi to New Zealand Trails. Jodi goes way back with Brent and Nigel in the adventure tourism business, running overland African safaris together in the 1990s. With NZ Trails now established as the premiere New Zealand guided walking tour operator, Jodi joins the boys after 8 years working in adventure tourism here in New Zealand and is the voice on the end of the phone to many of our guests. A real hiker herself, she knows the tracks and parks of New Zealand like the back of her hand and is totally at home talking to you about the 'best of the best' of New Zealand on our 'World Heritage Walking Tour'. She loves snowboarding, taking her dog Pippi for a run and of course talking with people about their dream trip to New Zealand!
Here's the team at the beach just down from the road from 'Trails HQ': Nigel, Jodi, Brent and Andrew.
With Jodi on board, we're now a family (& friends) business and you can rest assured you're dealing with decades of knowledge and experience unrivaled in New Zealand outdoor travel.
Spring Hiking in New Zealand
Here at 'Trails HQ' we have our heads down and are busy getting ready for our next awesome season in beautiful New Zealand. To kick the new season off in style and highlight the best of our wonderful spring season, we're offering a 'New Season Kickoff Special'. Book your spot on our first 'World Heritage Walking Tour' of the season, departing on 19 October 2015, and we'll throw in a free night's accommodation and dinner! Spring's a great time to visit - the wild flowers are blooming, waterfalls at their most dramatic and baby lambs frolicking in the green pastures.
2015/2016 Trips Filling Fast & 2016/2017 Trip Dates now out
Our 'World Heritage Walking Tour' is going from strength to strength with people getting in touch every day to book their spots for their New Zealand 'trip of a lifetime'. Even though we have increased the number of trips we're running from last season, advance bookings are way up on last year and we've already got some full trips for next summer. Due to the popularity of our trip and special small group experience, we recommend booking well in advance to avoid disappointment. We know many of our guests like to plan their 'Trip of a Lifetime' to New Zealand well in advance so we've now released our 2016/17 departure dates and have starting taking bookings on these trips now!
